All About Coffee

Coffee is one of favoured drinks by men and women all over the world including me. In a day I usually drink minimum 2 cups of it, in the morning and after lunch time as well as possibility in the evening I drink it again only for pleasure.

Let’s study further the advantages of coffee

Coffee conceive a substance is called caffeine which has the controvert work mechanism with endosin hormone. This hormone is a compound that lies in the brain cells and inducing people fall asleep whilst caffeine treats the person keep awake, feeling refreshed, happy (especially for addicted people), faster heart beating will be leading blood pressure rises and  contraction of liver to release sugar into the blood circulation so that extra energy formed.

And then, what is the disadvantages of coffee?

The biggest impact is addicted, herein means drinking coffee only for pleasure not for necessity, moreover it can cause insomnia, nervous, headache, increasing stress and tension. If any question to me related to these signs, I have never felt these after I have drunk a coffee, assuming it depends on health circumstances  of people who drink it.

The researchers say if we drink coffee more than 5 (five) cups in a day, it will be increasing the risks of the blood vessel wall damage.

So the conclusion is,

Coffee will bring benefit for us if we drink it 1-2 cups in a day, but drinking more than that will be treacherous for the health.

So, how about you?How many cups of coffee do you drink in a day?

  • Thanks for sharing information with me, Elen.

After I read your article I just realize the caffein contained in coffee can be reduced. Very informatif :)

  • Yes Icha, sometimes i drink decaffeinated coffee. This means coffee without caffeine. The companies of coffee make it by remove the caffeine from the coffee with a special method. Here, i found an article with the method and i copy paste it:

The tiny green beans (green is simply because not roasted) initially soaked in very hot water, which will then facilitate the removal of caffeine.

Then either by means of carbon dioxide, or by a more direct method of dissolving the caffeine is removed. For the implementation of the first method requires a pressure vessel and enough carbon dioxide, while the second used some chemicals to separate.
It is noteworthy that can never be removed 100% of the caffeine. Removed only 94% to 98%.

It is for people who wants to enjoy coffee without the neural implications :)

But I usually enjoy the smell of coffee. :)

  • Dear Icha, nice blog about coffee. I like the smell of coffee a lot, but coffee is not the common drink in my country. I don't like black strong coffee but i like it with sugar and milk. I drink coffee just once in a month. Tea is the common drink in my country.I didn't drink any till I gave birth to my kids. Then i started drinking tea like two cups of it a day.

Dear Lady Noor, thanks for your correction because it was so useful for me too.
