This method is free and very easy.
Let's get started
1- Click on "start”, choose "run", or write it and click to open a window.
2- Write the order "temp" inside the window.
3- Click "ok".
4- A window will opens with the names of resistors.
5- Delete the all.
Repeat the same work with the order "prefetch".
Repeat this every day.
You will find your computer faster.

Me too, I think I will try to follow your advice in the office before I apply for my computer. Though there will be no IT expert to help me if any problem happens but who knows I can take a rest if the computer will be frozen...(just kidding). Thanks for your sharing.
