The State Capitol: a view from the south through Lake Monona. The city is sports-oriented. I was watching a canoe race on that day.

    Yes, I swam. Even when the water was too cold. The beach is very narrow and continue narrowing.

    Thank you natasha - people here love to swim as well. To me, swimming in the lake is not so attractive, probably because I grew up surrounded by the sea. I really miss the sea. Did you swim in the Baltic sea? That must be so much fun.

    I used to swim a lot and boat. Looking at this nice picture, I am recalling it vividly!

    Thank you Rosenmaiden. Yeah, canoeing is really fun! Once, my canoe tipped over and I dropped my digital camera in the river though T_T
