Items could be either biotic or abiotic, but we don’t have to classify them when we display a notification to get the attention of the general public because people like reading something shown in front of them while moving (working!), so it is a necessity in the modern world to quickly convey our ideas to the brain of people.
Let me give you a clue. I can tell you categorically that all persons (or vehicles) entering this hotel are NOT searched. Some may be searched, but not all. So what word is wrong? (there are a number of minor errors, but one word in particular is wrong.)

"Person" should be plural (persons or people). "Vehicle" too, if we accept it, should be plural (vehicles).
