Is this from Hunan area? With veggies and meat mixed and the red pepper sauce, it reminds me a little of Hunanese food.

@Junco, they are mixed with meat and veggies all together though the color you see is green inside. Oh... hungry now. I'd help to order one bowl for you. :D
