Sharon fruit

The persimmon or Sharon fruit produced mainly in China,Burma, Nepal, Korea and Japan. Later its introduced to America, Asia and Europe.'Sharon fruit' named after the Sharon plain in Palestine.It is high in beta carotine and minerals like Sodium, magnesium, calcium and Iron.

I love persimmon and just had one yesterday. It's also tasty when it has been dried. Have you ever had it?

Thank you Nimzaf, It's tangy but sweet. Its a mixture of melon, peach and banana taste.
