You're quite right, Roman! The blooms looked similar to a lipstick plant or Costus woodsonii. I think this is a different variety.
They look like magic flowers! Especialy because of the contrast of bright-red and dark-green colors.And I like this kind of leaves! They look like wet leaves, not dry ones.
