The two you mentioned are the traditional foods of different regions. I don't know for sure .. ;) Tek Wan is a traditional cuisine, consisting of fish meatballs, noodles, mushrooms, celery, and spices as its seasonings. Bakwan is ... one of my favorite food! You just need : shrimp, flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and egg to cooking.
