Palace of Justice

You´re right Karenina, this is a beatiful place... it´s hard to believe that 25 years ago there was an attack against the Supreme Court of Colombia, one of the most sad chapters in the Colombian history. We don´t still know what happened in the siege of the Palace of Justice, when 35 members of the M-19 guerrilla group took over the palace. Two days later the army retook the palace, but this was destroyed by fire and tank artillery and the incident left at least 120 people dead.

Maybe, someday we learn to live together as brothers...
