Mansaf is basically meal of rice and usually we put some bread under it .....For the decoration for this dish we use the fried Almond and Parsley ......for the juise for this dish we use the Yogurt with some aged yogurt we called it (Aljameed)......Then you have to design this dish and present it hot.Have a nice day dear friend Junko and pone apatite ...
