Olympic Venues

The dome to the left is BC Place. This is where the Opening, Closing, and Medal Ceremonies are held. The dome to the right is GM Place (known as Canada Hockey Place during the Olympics). This is where the hockey games are played. Figure skating and speed skating are held at other venues. This is the first time the Opening Ceremonies were held indoors.
