In Yunnan province of China A villager and his daughter are shouldering water back home. "We have to go to a river at the foot of the mountain kilometers away to get water, three times a day, or not only the people but our livestocks will be starved." Villagers said. The small village has 40 households and so far all the villagers have been shouldering water for three months, due to the inconvenience of traffic, large vehicles could not reach to the village.
