Iranian National Food or Rice and Kebab

This is Iranian National cusine which consists of lamb meat and some Iranian spices with rice and grilled tomato. The rice is decorated with Safron and Sumaq.

    WOW , what a Delicious meal , CHELO KABAB ,
    i am hungry after seeing this delicious kebab and i try to sleep and don't attention to the appearance of this meal :) it makes me hungryyyyyyyyyyyyy .
    i think this rice needs something to make it greasy , when want to eat such kebab i need a small butter :)

    Dear Zahra, It is my pleasure to cook for all members in EC especially for my Iranian friends. I am not sure that I am skillful but I can assure you that you won't be sick at least. hahahaha...Dough beside the dish is awesome...it made me hungry..what's your favorite food dear Zahra?

    Dear Nafis,
    You know,I've tried this delicious meal sometime in Atlanta,GA.They have great Persian restaurant there and our friends took us there.Grilled tomato is Yumi!!!!
