Roman, the monks are very modest. Lots of the people in Thailand decide being monk on time. They leave their home for a limited time and live as monk among monks. Our travel guide told us, it was for him a precious time... to learn and to deal with less things ... and even to get food from others. He show us a photo album with his pictures of that time when he had lived as monk.
