I think this is not a "one flower" Plant. These seem to be hundreds of thousands of then they use to manage them (cut) in this form. Like I said earlier I have seen the employees maintaining them early in the morning.
They are very carefully maintained by the hotel management. One early morning I saw two flower ladies were mending the bunch because most of the time children were touching them. (I also wanted to touch them but I refrained.)
