There is a kind of 'sad story' about ducks' family: If the female duck dies, the male duck will look for other female. On the contrary, if the male duck dies, the female duck will stop eating and she'll let herself die. Wildlife is like a Hans Christian Andersen's tale: sad, cruel... but beautiful :)
