Canada is famous for...

MyEC member Yasemin posted a great topic in the forums: What is your country famous for? Please create a photo mosaic about your country and share it with Yasemin. Add it to the photo gallery, too. Don't forget to use your own photos. (Please don't copy from the Internet.)

  • @Robbie Thanks! I didn't use any apps. I made this image in Pages on my Mac. I just dragged the images into a text file, added some text and took a screenshot. Here is a nice tool for making mosaics, though.

  • I love your creativity, Tara! The photo tells a lot of beautiful things about your country. What apps did you use to make this awesome mosaic? I would like to try it! Thanks! : )

  • By the way, now I came to know why there is a maple leaf on Canadian flag.

  • Thank you! That beer does look good, doesn't it? I think it's a pale ale. I prefer stouts and dark ales to lagers. How about you?

  • Hello Tara, your photo mosaic can be considered a postcard that corrects essential aspects of Canada. I feel like trying tobogganing if having a chance. It must be exciting. Thank you for sharing.

  • Thanks Yasemin. Your discussion is excellent! I'm glad you like my photos. I still remember making that Canada sign on Canada Day with the rose petals from my garden. It was what we sometimes call an "art attack".

  • Hello Dear Tara,

Seeing this challenge was a nice surprise for me! Thank you for participating and creating this challenge. As Charos also agreed, this is an opportunity to learn from others!

I will make my photo mosaic and share it here! Thanks a lot!

By the way, I must say that your photos are very professional! Especially the writing of Canada on the grass!
