Eva this is only possible in cool/cold weather. Here the temperature is in -C almost all the time especially during the night. So when the airforce plane exhausts gas, it gets frozen simultaneously making clouds. The patterns are made because of the plane's maneuvering.

Pearl, this pattern was made by an airforce plane, may be on training flight, or routine one. This happens here daily.
