Ahh, finnaly i am at home now. More than 2 month i haven't come home, since i studied in Lambung Mangkurat University. 

I just arrived about two our ago. I was very surprized, when i see the cluods in the sky. It was a very dark cluods, this reminds me when Air Asia aviation have a tragedy. Initially, i never thought that the accident happen in the south west marine region of Pangkalanbun, because of news on the media at that moment says that the plane disappeared around the karimata strait.

Some fisherman from kubu village which fishing in the offshore area at the time, said that he saw a large object fall, and heared sounds like a blast in the middle of the sea. The next day, the fisherman report it to the local goverment and local police, but they did not take anything for granted. They also reported to the mass media. After, the second days Searching progress did not show. The search teams try to collect all kind of informations that it could be possible to explore. Included information from the fisherman. The third days, searcing progress show results.

I feel sad when I hear the term terrorism. lately there is news about terrorism in paris. which claimed approximately 153 victim. I really regreated that happpen, that make me remember terrorism which occurred in my country in bali. I agree that terrorism must be eliminated, but I do not agree if there is an assumption tilted if Moslem countries was the mastermind of this incident. 

indonesia it's a country that have "PANCASILA", that as view of nationality. that maked after indonesia declare as a country at 17 th of August 1945. indonesias adopts the continental european law, because indonesia is a former dutch colony.

the character of continental european law are:

1. the establishment of law by the executive and legislative

2. 1st source of law is constitution.
