This is a simple easy fast making salad.

Ingredients:

                          Potato,

green onion,                                                                    Parsley,

grated carrot                                                    and beetAfter steaming potato , chop it into small pieces, add a bit salt,mixed it with chopped green onion and parsley, then in a dish, put a cellophane , add grated carrot, then add mixed potato and press them (be careful do not mixed carrot with potato due to its final shape) with a spoon till it be a flat surface, then turn it back by the brim of the cellophane into self dish. then cover it by grated beet.It is ready.

You should serve it by sauce as its flavor which you used to have with your salads, you can decorate it by white sauce.
