Era uma vez... numa terra muito distante...uma princesa linda, independente e cheia de auto-estima.
Ela se deparou com uma rã enquanto contemplava a natureza e pensava em como o maravilhoso lago do seu castelo era relaxante e ecológico... 
Então, a rã pulou para o seu colo e disse: linda princesa, eu já fui um príncipe muito bonito. 
Uma bruxa má lançou-me um encanto e transformei-me nesta rã asquerosa. 
Um beijo teu, no entanto, há de me transformar de novo num belo príncipe e poderemos casar e constituir lar feliz no teu lindo castelo. 
A tua mãe poderia vir morar conosco e tu poderias preparar o meu jantar, lavar as minhas roupas, criar os nossos filhos e seríamos felizes para sempre... 
Naquela noite, enquanto saboreava pernas de rã sautée, acompanhadas de um cremoso molho acebolado e de um finíssimo vinho branco, a princesa sorria, pensando consigo mesma: 
- Eu, hein?... nem morta!

Once upon a time ... in a far away land …  a beautiful, independent and full of self-esteem princess. She found a frog when was watching the nature and thought how the wonderful lake of her castle was relaxing …

Then, a frog jumped in her lap and said: beautiful princess, I used to be a very handsome prince. A bad witch casted me a spell and I became this disgusting frog. With your kiss, however, I can turn back into a handsome prince again e we are going to be able to marry and build a happy home in your beautiful castle. Your mother could come to live with us, and you could cook my dinner, wash my clothes, raise our children e we would be happy forever…

In that night, while she was eating frog legs a sautée, with creamy onion sauce and a fine white wine, the princess was smiling and thinking with herself:

Me??? … in his dreams!!
