Great!!
How about adding a discussion with this name:
"TC Challenge" and posting it in a new discussion in TC group?
Something like "Writing Challenge" in EC?
I think it is so interesting to have Sara's idea in this way :)
Yes!
Now it is Persian.
" هر چيزي كه قابل شمارش است الزاما امتياز نيست و هر چيزي كه امتياز است هميشه قابل شمردن نيست
can be true?
Let's try this:
" Everything that can be counted does not necessarily count; everything that counts cannot necessarily be counted. " source
nice nice! :)
TC challenge!
Good idea!
I like it, Sara!
dear Sara,
First, thank you for your compliment, then thanks a lot about encouraging group and your suggestion. I love it.
Let me try it:
"Can a seed tell the difference between up and down? Turn some growing beans upside down to see how they are affected by gravity"
آيا دانه ميتواند تفاوت بين بالا و پايين را نشان دهد؟ دانه هاي لوبياي در حال رشد-بالا- را ببين كه چگونه تحت تاثير جاذبه وارونه - پايين- مي چرخند
I agree with you Mahgol in the first line.
But about the second I think it must be:
"Turn some growing beans upside down to see how they are affected by gravity"
چند دانهی لوبیا را وارونه ساز تا ببینی آنها چگونه تحت تاثیر نيروی جاذبهاند
And I think that it refers to a scientific test and try to say that plant the beans in a way that its head is toward to the earth.
Thank you!
It is so interesting.
One point; I know some means somewhere يك,but here we have plural noun beans.
دانه هاي لوبيای / تحت تاثير گرانش زمين قرار میگيرند؟
is not better? or there is no difference since it has not role in whole sentence's figure.
sahar jan, you are right.
Thanks.
