My idea ??
As you said he is a plaster coworker in a new made house looking at the something outside through a window which is installed irregularly upper than its usual place. ... he is alive and doing all bio metabolism.
He's put white pants and shirt on.There are zipper on his pants leg.There are some plaster powder bags on the floor and nothing more.Hi dear friends

the most annoying thing that I feel in this pic is its window (why this window is made such wrong in short shape at the top of the wall! considering to this point that dear Darius says this photo is taken today its surprising ,you can see barely like this windows decor in modern house!!!!!!!!!

I think that Darius has decorated this scene himself. I can't beleive that he was passing the stairs of a building and suddenly he saw a man in this situation!
Without paying attentin to its high meaning, I like to know who the man is!

I only can see a very simple construction that is being built in the other side of this window that I guess ,assuredly, is holding by state organ , ..!
annd the guy!look at him. I was wrong too.he is not painter.he must be a plasterer coworker by regarding empety plaster sacks!!and I can NOT never think that he is Darius,at alllll!!lol
