hello, i have been a fan of KAIZEN, meaning improvement for better or small improvements. I am using it since 1989 after learning it from a professional and owner of a company at the time. The book is a mind blowing experience for all those who believe in becoming a change agent. Written in easiest possible language by Masaaki Imai, the book gives thorough insight in terms of process planning, controls and focus on small changes that bring larger and better results.Book has enormous no of case studies, micro level sharing of many Japanese systems and fabulous results sharing through success stories. Though it looks only for professional in industry, the book should be useful for any human who is dreaming better life, lets say `A KAIZEN LIFE`. Best for engineers and R & D people.Enjoy !
