If the lady regret for the children with him fallen, then she tried to help them. At that time he snatch her chain and go fast. This incident I came to know often and I learnt a lesson not to help such kind of people. Sometimes it would affect real victims also. What can we do?
Gayan, may be because they are too busy with their personal problems and misfortunes. At first, they need to help themselves. Only then they`ll able to help others.
