    I always vote for Self Employment.... Hence, my choice is for the First One...

    By doing my own business, i am benefited in all the ways, though there is more risk involved in it...

    1. I ll be able to provide employment to others ; Thereby My Social Responsibility gets fulfilled

    2. My Kids also will have Job Security in their Life.. They no need to go away in search of Job.

    3. We can live on our Life than Live on the Mood of the Boss..
