One day when you wake up, you are informed there isnt any holiday any more, I mean festivals. Say in China, there isnt the Spring Festival; in those who celebrate Christmas Day, there isnt it any more.Without these famous festivals, what will we lose? What will the world be like? Using your great imagination, share with me your answer. Thanks! Giggling~ ;-)

  • What a sad day that would be! I think it's human nature to celebrate. We'd probably just invent some new festivals and holidays if our old ones disappeared. It seems like every day is a holiday of some kind!

Teachers might enjoy this calendar of events to help them plan related lessons.

  •        Hi my sweety, as usual you amazed us with another nice topic. Actually, we do our best work when we give ourselves short periods of rest. A five minute break every two hours sharpens our minds. So too holiday, a holiday is a time of love and joy. Celebrating festivals holidays with my family and friends is always enjoyable. We always make time for laughter, and express gratitude for the many blessings of life. After that, we return to work relaxed and refreshed. I really liked the comment of our friend Faraz, and yours as well, especially, when you said;"I do think those holidays are not only like natural boundaries on earth, but also carry our cultures! Or we can say themselves is a part of our human culture! And allow me to add something which is; we also can pass not only our cultures, but also the art of life and joy to our children. After all what have been said, you tell me; is our earth be a perfect place to live on if there is no festivals or holidays. God bless you.

  • Dear Faraz, first of all, thanks for your nice answer! Secondly, I agree with you! Finally I do think those holidays are not only like natural boundaries on earth, but also carry our cultures! Or we can say themselves is a part of our human culture!
