  • I remember curry savour was in almost every meal to me haha...

As for food stalls I didn't dare to try :D
  • Have you ever been in Thailand ?

    • I'm Thai. Jessie :)

By the way I was intend to tell you the cooked over gas stove not over a fired charcoal.

  • where are you from ? Could you please tell me about the food in  your country ?

    • Sorry, I didn't tell you from where I am. I am from Greece. Some of the traditional foods of my country are: 1) bean soup, 2) moussaka which is made of potatos, minced meat, eggplants and bechamel cream, 3) stuffed peppers with rice, 4) potatoes with meat (pork, chicken or other) cooked in the oven, 5) Rice with vegetables and meat (chicken or anything) cooked in the oven, 6) meatballs 7) the famous Greek salad which is made of tomato, cucumber, onion, green pepper, olives, feta cheese, olive oil, salt and oregano. There are other foods also but I have already told many.

Some of my favorite foods are: Soups! Chicken soup, fish soup and vegetable soup. Fries, macaroni and all kind of pasta, and of course rice with vegetables and chicken that I have already mentioned. And I like very much to eat salads.

  • I do like this Phad Thai too :)

It's really good  If it was cooked with iron pan on high fired charcoal so the burnt scent will add in the food a little. It's goes best with cooked spring onion and fresh spring onion when eating and salt dried small shimp will make it more tasty along with freshly cooked shimp .

There are other ingredient I have not mentioned as I've never cooked it myself.LoL

But I recommend to try it yourself in Thailand, It's really good and really is Phad Thai for me only if It was  freshly cooked. One of a tasty street food here.(Indoor cooking always bother with eliminating smoke.)

  • Sorry, I misspelling. It is Phad Thai not Phai Thai

  • Hi Elen! What is it: a salad made of "rocket"? How is it possible to eat a rocket? And where do you get it? And how does it taste?:P
