What is the difference between English and your native language? And What is difficult for you in learning English?

There would be some people who are puzzled by the difference between English and their native language. I am the one of them.

For example, there aren't articles and plural form of nouns in Japanese language and there isn't the distinction whether it is a countable noun or not. I sometimes mistake the usage of articles. Also the structure of a sentence is different. It is  "subject+verb+ object " in English  but " subject + object+ verb" in Japanese language. 

What is the difference between English and your native language? And What is difficult for you in learning English?

    Well, I hope it's not just a passing fad and people could find it 'annoying' later :P

    PS @ MARY, don't forget that Spanish accents are about 1.4 million times sexier than English accents.  Believe me, it's an asset.

    Thank you for your comment. I agree with you. Japanese language also has 5 pure vowels of a, i ,u, e. o. English pronounce varies with countries and area, so it is complicated for English learners to speak and hear English correctly.

    Pronunciation is the most complicated thing for me. My mother tongue has 5 pure vowels sounds and 5 diphthongs, while English language has 12 pure vowel sounds and 8 diphthongs. I've to learn and get used to use 'sounds' that I don't have in my monther tongue. 

    But other than that, the sound differences can be funny sometimes.
