Cheese Toast
ingredients (per 02 servings )
04 slices of bread
100g grated cheese
01 egg yolk
01 tbsp onion finely chopped
01 tsp garlic finely chopped
01 tbsp tomato
01 tsp melted butter
02 tbsp parsley
pinch of baking powder
Mix grated cheese and baking powder first
then add other ingredients without parsley
mix all together.
spread the bread slices with the mixture
sprinkle parsley on top
place it into a greased tray
bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until golden
or you can pan fry with lid
serve hot with sauce
