Problems in the chatroom

I have a technical problem using the chatroom. I'll describe it. When I enter the first time, I can chat for about 10-15 minutes. Then I still see the text on the screen, but when I enter mine, it doesn't move. However, my text disappears from the window and when I reload my browser, I can see it. First, I thought it was a problem of my software or browser. Now I use 3 browsers and the problem is the same. Besides, some other people who chat, say they have the same problem. Please, help us solve it.

Click on the little icon with the red dot in the bottom right corner of your screen.
