As learner should be pay a lot attention on learning the best technique and Must be following each day until have got successful way for English language. I mean that it's mastery instead of just dabbling. What do you have in your mind for learning English ?

As your empathic English learning buddy, I see these two ways are most effective to me: First, Practicing your English with any English speakers daily or usually; meanwhile, asking questions without hestitation despite of any wondering thoughts. Finally, Setting up learning English as one of your 2016 new year resoultions!

Everybody knows well about four skills. But the big question is , How can find the best way for learning ?
The best way is an enviroment where you can practice your English daily or usually. In other words, you can make it happen or move to somewhere like America, United Kingdom, an English class, etc. hah

Read a kit
try to write a lot
and speak with friends and close ones in English.
You will see building of confidence within yourself.
