My friend, Hani, has had problem with her EC account mail that she can not send any E-mails via her EC E-mail account. Moreover, she is not able to upload any photos into her page. Usually when members are unable to access certain parts of MyEC (usually chat and private messages) they are based out of Iran. It is nothing we can do from our end. There is more information here. I haven't heard before that they can't upload photos. You may want to check with some other members from Iran to see if they have that problem.
