Is this song pervert or vulgar or rude?

The song is "Luis Fonsi - Despacito ft. Daddy Yankee" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJQP7kiw5Fk   If this video is so pervert or rude, then how youtube allowed it? I don't know even single word from this song, but i like that song. Do you like this song so much like me? And finally, does lyrics matters so much (i mean if lyrics not pervert or rude...) ? Sorry if this song insult you.

    I wouldn't describe the song with these adjectives. I guess it has the same plot as most of the Latin songs of this style.
