i cant access to chat room

whenever i sign in i cant appear online ,i see the red sign even after clicking it many times,

if it becomes green still i cant talk to any body as well i can see the msgs of memebers in chat room.....im using IE 8, with windows 2006xp

    Try looking through previous questions in this forum. Make sure to update your Flash and try on another browser.
