whenever i read standard newspaper or magazine it takes much time to understand .I read one sentence at least two times to understand it.how to understand things quickly?

Don't haste, you can not gain anything if you haste and leave because you are not satisfied of how things turn. Do it gradually, read English books in original, choose short articles, use a good dictionary, if you don't know the word, look it up, so you will not miss a thing, read sentence by sentence and then the whole text again. Try to point out the main idea. It's simple if you don't haste. :)
