First thanks for your useful site.I do not know why there is more than one week that I can not open my chat room page. I can see other parts but unfortunately in my room there is a blue sign and I can not see page.This sign is in control panel's page too,that calls Quick Time.I need you .I really missed my friends. Please PLEASE helllllllppp me.

Are you accessing by computer or smart phone? Or iPad etc?
Is it asking you to install QuickTime? I suggest you do it. It's free. Just google "install quicktime". This should lead you to a link on Apple.com's website with the right QuickTime installation for you computer/operating system/browser - details of which you have neglected to state in this post :)
The same goes for Flash Player, which you definitely need for MyEC Chat on computers.
