Hi,

My dear friends,

Have you ever dreamed about something before it took place?

This happened to me. I remember once I dreamed about my cousin's wedding. In my dream, my relatives and I got together in a nice salon decorated with white flowers. My cousin in her wedding dress was so gorgeous and a very calming music was playing. When I woke up, I got so sad. The dream was so sweet. One month later, my cousin got engaged.

Some people say this is telepathy. Some don't believe it. What do you think? Have you ever dreamed about something before it occurred?

    • Dear Dream, it's interesting and mysterious..wow! I can understand what you are saying. Thanks a lot and take care!

  • Hello sweet Nafis, yes I am used to have premonitory dreams, it all started when I was pregnant of my son and since then it happened quite a few times. Sometimes, just because of a dream, I change my plans because I am afraid that what I saw in my dream could happen. I believe that, to have premonitory dreams is NO luck because I never have happy premonitory ones.

    • That's interesting lovely Manuela...I also once saw in a dream that I would die on a plane crash. Fortunately, it didn't happen, but when I was on the plane, I was thinking of my dream. hahahaha! But later on, I realized dreams are not that much important. I think from science point of view, you know very well. However, I also agree with what you said. Thanks a lot and take care!

  • Hi Nafis ji ,Yes It has happened to me several times, I dreamed about something and within few days or weeks my dream came true. I don't know how it works but it happens for sure.

    • Yes, sometimes these things have contradiction with science...However, as you said, it happens. Thanks a lot and have a nice one!

  • Indeed, this topic pull me as a magnetic realm. i sincerely experience the same, i can say that many scenarios go by in my mind, therefore, time passes and they happen. So i can not believe neither i really saw them previously nor it is a fake. So, i wonder if that case has a notion and definition in science. But i mostly and scarcely correspond it to what Islam may point as AL RO'EYA ( in Arabic) -Foreseeing- which is a signpost to either near or futher future that comes in the person's unconsciousness. Yet, i'm not sure if this phenomenan is considered as Al ro'eya or has another interpretation.

    • Yes, life is mysterious sometimes and we don't know the reason of some phenomena. According to science, the roots of our dreams is in the mind and they do not worth that much. What do you think? Thanks a lot and take care!

  • I believe in dreams. I can't say that I dream about something and later on this dream takes place in my real life. Maybe it's better to say that I believe in signs I sometimes get in my dreams. I must confess that I'm very careful with these signs.....sometimes I have an unpleasant dream, always the same, which troubles me from time to time.....And I know for one hundred percent that something bad is going to happen....

    • Dear Tetyana, I can understand what you are saying. I think it's because we behave based on our dreams and as it is said that what you think really happens, it literally happens. I think it's because of that it takes place. But, it's really hard to ignore some dreams. I had the experience too even though I know it is not very important. Thanks a lot for your comment. It's interesting to read your comment.

    • You are right because dreams are nothing but our images in our mind according to science. So, they are not that much important that we think. They are just a way to relaxes our mind as far as I know. Thanks a lot for your nice comment. Take care!
