We live in a very competitive society nowadays which take us to a stressful lifestyle, we have to deal everyday with lot of differents issues and not everybody have the same resilence.I'd like to know(if it's your case) what do you do when you're feeling like thatIf that's not your case, why don't you suggest us what's your secret?Every suggestion is wellcome :)Thanks in advance

  • My dear friend, I have to confess that it is easier said than done. When it come to stress or crisis in life,  no one can confirm what is best to do, what is right or wrong...Sometimes I felt like I couldnt get rid of that...But I totally agree with you now I have to find out what matters most to me in life to do, to persue...

    • Yes Kiriku, there will always be critical and stressful moments in our lifes so we must learn how to deal with them by ourselves ( but sometimes it's so hard)
  • What a tough and interesting discussion. When I get stressed, I spend a lot of time being alone, I need to be alone to think, or just recover myself from the lowest point of pain or despair, I do whatever I want, listening to music, reading my favourite books or just walking till getting tired ...to evade my problem, crying sometimes to ease my sorrow. Then as the worst time is over, I try to find a positive side in the problem to do the best what I can. Anyways I agree with you that patience is a good virtue in every situation...

    • Yes, you're right!! That's what I'm learning now (at least I try) every problem has its positive side and we must be intelligent to watch it. In my country there is a said: "what does not kill me, makes me stronger"

      Anyway as time/years passes I try to watch my life from other point of view. I must focus on what is really worthy; feelings, friendship, mankind... I mean, life is too short to waste time in worldly issues.

      Btw, I wonder what are your favourite books/ music but let me guess them later on O.K.?

  • Hello! When I find myself in a stressful situation, firstly I pray, then I try to reassure myself by telling myself that all this will come to pass someday & things will change for the better. For the things happening in my life that I can't control/change, I do the best I can & say to myself that what's gonna be is gonna be.

      I know things will change as well and some day I'll forget the stressfull situations but it's so difficult when you're going through bad times...
      I'll try to be as possitive as you are :)

      Yes, I also try to solve them and perhaps I just see the negative side and I don't look at the little victories I got.

    It's not easy to deal with people who doesn't have patience, or are egoist in its multiple ways. I tell you what I try to do when I'm stress.First, I control my breath(you only have to be conscious of your breathing), this makes me relax. Then, I think of a possible solution to my problem and ask myself which one is the best. If you do your best you can't feel frustrated as you can only do your best to give a solution. There are many ways to do something, choose the best one is the only thing you can do. The rest is not on your shoulders.
