    I think that students are the one who could answer you. Any way, An effective teacher should provides his/her students with different materials and activities based on their learning styles because each student has different way in comprehension and learning.

      I agree with you Jeffrey.Most of the time I as a teacher know many principles theorically but it is impossible to put them in action.Most of the difficulties start in busy classes.Whats your strategy in such a class with intermediate students?
