beep problem

hi ,i hear when opening my EC lot of "beep" like when some one is calling me to chat,but i see no call just hear beeps ,so is it a prob in my page only or a technical one ?

--it's the first time it happens--thanks a lot .

    Actually, you can also turn sound off by clicking on the audio icon in chat.

    To disable chat click the little green disc bottom right of your browser. It will turn red and your name will not show in the chat window. Click again to enable chat.

    The beep means that someone wants to talk to you. A talk bubble icon should show near/next to the green disc.

    No, I hear the beep too. You have to disable chat if you don't want to hear it.
