Writing Challenge: Mothers

To become a mom is the best feeling ever. Nine months of suffering were worth it! The morning sickness, pain in the womb, dizzy feeling, mood swing, peeing at night at least twice, heartburn, feeling like big elephant, whose movement is at the end of the pregnancy kind of weird etc. are the things that can hardly make me say:

"Ohhhhhh yeahhh, I enjoyed my pregnancy!" Sincerely, my dear friends, I didn't apart from feeling moves of my baby, which gave me energy.

However,  after process of torturing I have described above, this little cute "thing" you have felt inside your womb kicking, suddenly starts kicking outside. Well, not only kicking! It is crying out loud and draw your attention beause it is time to welcome him/her to this world. You know, when they show you your baby it is undescribable and unforgottable strong emotional experience, which will stay saved in your memory forever. Actually, your body feels like exploding from the mixture of all these emotions. No doubt you catch yourself crying at this moment, you are touched, happy, feel big responsibility for this little innocent gift you hold in your arms and last but not least you immediately fall in love with your cute newbie.

Your life will turn upside down, you will be exhausted, will lack sleep, will be hopeless at some situations but one glance at your sleeping little treassure and... you feel again like in heaven. To watch your  sleeping baby is the best therapy. It gives you energy, inner peace, it makes you feel reborn and the love which you send from your heart towards your baby flood without doubt the whole room. No matter, if they are babies or older kids, I bet every mom loves watching them sleeping because it is relaxing and awesome feeling to stop and think about how they grew up, what progress they made and how great it is to be mom!

You as a mom should be here for your kids anytime because you have a special place in their heart and only you can understand with special care and love their needs. To teach them the first words, to hear them calling you for the first time MOM, to watch them making the first steps, to support them, to hold their hands when they are sick, to make them calm when they cry, to answer their question .. AND WHYY more than 100 times, to feel scared when they are insecure, to be simply a part of their life because the bond between mom and their kids is so unique and so fragile.

In the end I would like to mention that I fully agree with this touchy video, which became viral and I guess you all saw it but let me post it here:

To be a mom is the hardest job but your kids, who love you and see you as their role model are the best proof of doing your work well!
