Two years ago, I’ve read Stephenie Meyer’s book Twilight Saga and love every minutes reading it. The books could makes you cry, laugh, sad, twisted, angry, hope, happiness etc.. All mixed feeling that you had when read these books.

When I heard they will create a movie from the books, I am so excited and wondering who will be a perfect role to play each character in the book. Who will be act as Edward, Bella, Jacob etc

I am eagerly waited to see Twilight Saga Movie but it turn out disappointed. Some of the part it is not the same as in the book but then again you will see the different part from the book.

All I have to say when saw the movie is “ Hey, it not supposed to be like that” “Hey, it is not in the book” and believed me, it is lots of hey.. lol .

Well it is not worst but still good to me..

Overall Rating

Book Twilight Saga : ******

Movies : **** (go team Emmet ..errr Jacob because he is warm and alive .. lol)

Spoiler Alert

I wonder who will be play as Bella’s Daughter?

  • Hi Farid,

the book its about a vampire whois live among human .. about the love between vampire and human and werewolf..

its is interesting for me.. but if you dont like fiction book.. its will bore you.. so its depends on certain people.. =)
  • Hi expectorsmith, atika & nebia, Thanks for stopping by.

    @expectorsmith : usually i dont even know there's a book =)

@atika : thanks atika.. pls try it .. maybe it will be your favourite too =)

@nebia : hoping that you will like it after reading the book and watch twillight saga movie.
  • From the covering I think it would be a beautiful love story as I like them.
Unfortunately, I have neither read the book nor watched the film but by your writing , you increased my curiosity to do at least one.
Thank you dear Fizzy, I hope I will not break my tv when watching hahaha
    Well done!
  • Very nice and impressive way of your presentation ,thank you Fizzy ,
i will surely try to read the book .
  • Fizzy, you are not alone in feeling that way. But sometimes we do hope to see the movie, even though we've read the book a couple times. Usually, we see a film without reading the original book.
  • Hi Anjana, Minoka & M.Adaway, Thanks for your comment.

@Anjana : you should read it.. highly recommended.

@Monika : yes, same here with me.. i would probably cant wait for the movie.. In the movie, they usually try to put all few chapter in a short scene.. that's why some of chapter not included .. its sure disappointed.. sometimes even tiny details is important.. i saw the new trailer eclipse.. and its seems no snow in it.. it should be snowing on that time.. =) well what to do..

@M.Adaway : I still remembered it because i read all 4 books so many times. I love it.. I forgot, the star supposed to be 5 but the book i gave 1 extra bonus =)
actually i want to put 3 3/4 for the movie but that would be unfair because i'm just glad the book turn it into movie .. =)
  • Hi Fizzy!
    It's a well built review,I liked it.
I agree with you,I share your feelings.
If I read a book before watching the movie, than I always disapppointed in the movie.
This two genre should be treated separatly, because the movie has a simplified transcript.
I'm aware of it too,but at the end the movie just doesn't reach up my expectations.
We should do it in reverse order:watch the movie first, and read the book after.
The problem is,we can't wait untill the movie comes out....
    Thank you for sharing it.
  • Hi Tara & Nadiyah, Thank you for your comment.

@Tara : Its only sold in english version here. As far as i can see, most of the movie is slightly different from a book.. still good to watch.

@Nadiyah : agreed. Stephenie Meyer write very details on all the chapter. Have you read the fourth book.. the way Stephenie describe bella after.. opss too much spoiler.. if you already read it.. your probably know about it.. =)
  • Hi Fizzy, a nice review.
You are right that there are many differences in what you watch and read.
The book provides more of our valuable adventures of imagination. You know in the movie, all limited by time, cost or other. like you, I'd rather read a book.

    thanks for sharing, Good luck!

    -Nadiyah-
  • Great review! What language did you read the books in? I'm so happy many of the writers in this challenge prefer the books to the movies! I would like to challenge all of you to read and watch your favourite stories in English as well as your own native language.
