  • Jack Daniel , thanks for your lovely comment. But you should note that garlic is very sense to temperature, many gradient materials are destroyed by heat.

  • Yeah, it is so. We eat a lot of garlic soup when something is going to invade us, as such flu. :) Better than pharmaceuticals anyway!

  • Garlic adds flavor to foods and has been shown to protect health. There are other vegetables that do the same including onions.

    My doctor said, with a smile on his face...It also makes the breath stronger so that people don't come close enough to make you sick. He said he takes garlic oil in capsules that don't make the mouth smell. Either way it has been important for a very long time.

  • Luci, have of cumin seeds after garlic completely disappears the garlic taste, I tried this myself.

  • Thank you Luci. Remember that the active ingredients of garlic is very sense to heat, so it is recommended to have it as uncooked, then you can take the cumin seeds.

  • I can't agree more wiith you!!! I like chicken soup (broth) I cook it with vegetable such as carrot, parsley in the end noodles and then when I serve it, I add garlic :) I agree that cumin seeds might reduce it because I am also big fan of Indian cuisine.
  • Thanks Evangelina,. You can get rid of its taste by having black cumin seeds which in shape like rice but smaller.
