Who you prefer working with? Female or Male boss? Why
I had worked under both but I was more comfortable with Female boss as she was pretty good at delegating work under the team. She had never interfered until & unless there was a major problem. Moreover she was good at giving rating.
Positives & Negatives –Patience, Supportive & Multitasking but poor at Experience & Knowledge Sharing
Working under male boss was like sitting on a volcano. You can never predict when it is going to erupt? Work never ends after reaching home also. I had been sick working under male boss. uff
Positives & negatives – Good at taking risk but poor at People Management

Although i found female boss kind with me, yet I feel comfortable working with male boss.
I havent had much working experience to give a conclusion about who are better, male or female bosses. But I'm working with both male and female bosses and all is ok. They are different from each other and no one is perfect so that I learn different things from each boss.
I'm still student, but when it's time to work. I don't care about the gender of the boss. What I care about is if the ethics in works are taken seriously, so that everyone is treated equally.
Hmm but generally I've heard from my relatives that women prefer male boss and men prefer female boss..hah no idea why!
