February is a love month as they say. It is Valentines Day. A holiday for every couples or lovers where in they express their love by presenting flowers, offering gifts, cards, etc. Truly, a very romantic day. Saying sweet words like "I love you" with all my heart and soul, You are number one in my heart (definitely no number 2 or 3 ;), Your love is amazing! (with cuddle like your crazy). I envy these couples who celebrate valentines day huhuhu.
Since we are talking about love, I want to ask all the couples or lovers out there. Who initially said. "I love You"? When is he/she likeliest to say, "I love You".

I agree with you, there are couples when romantic love but when they were married, as you know they're not sincerity or couples express love in action as I, it's the most important thing in love is to say it with sincerity...

Honestly, my husband and I we're like haters before (like I hate him so much..lol). But then, when I felt his sincerity I was so ashamed of myself. I learned and still learning more from him.

If he doesn't say " I love you " then it's you who will make the move. Tell to him 100x or express it in different way hehehehe...until he'll realize that "oh! this make sense, I should tell my wife Thoung how I love her much. The feeling is so great". I assure you, your love will get stronger and full of love ;).

Yeah, absolutely man should start the first move and that move is by saying clearly "I love you" and note it should be in eye contact (might be with a kiss) :). But how often man does say I love you to his partner? Some forget to utter this sweet words with their partner. We can't deny that it feels good when man is really concern and loves a woman. As a lady, our deepest desire is to be loved.
I do say I love you but not always hehehehehe 'cuz for I'm more of action as they say "action speaks louder than words".
