It is depending. in Libyan traditional culture the child takes his tooth upper or lower one and look for ward the sun and says " oh my sun take the Ghazal `s tooth , and give me the donkey`s tooth then he throw his tooth believing successful deal with the sun……..I thing the deep meaning of that behavior is that the child will leaf the free live when he was play as GhAZAL and starts serous live which full of work as donkey s live

  • oh, that's interesting. In my culture, especially countryside, children usually throw their teeth on the roof of the house. They think that mouse will bring their teeth away. it means that they will have new teeth.
  • dayana ,really interesting culture u have ...but in my county we dont have any special thing that a kid can do after he loses his teeth *_* but surely it is apparent that he will fee an absence on the teeth's place ...haha
