  • Hello Jackson,
You're story is reflecting a problem that is, unfortunately, becoming more and more common among the population. It’s knowledge that nowadays, in what we call “industrialized” countries, more and more people are under pressure because of their stressful life and we know that many psychological disorders, as phobias come from stress.
Fortunately, panic disorder as many other phobias are highly treatable with variety of therapies. These treatments are really effective and most of the time, people who have successfullly followed the treatment, can face situations that they could have never faced before .
On the other side, without treatment, panic disorder can have very serious consequences. The immediate danger with panic disorder is that it can often lead to a phobia. That's because once we've suffered a panic attack, we may start to avoid situations like the one we were in when the attack happened. Our quality of life can be severely damaged if we do not treat this “illness”

Thanks for this very interesting topic.
