There are many relation in life so we always communicate with everybody in this society. So what the first thing you notice a new person you meet in your life: their voice, their face and hair, their clothes and something else. In myself, I regularly see their eyes, teeth, facial expression and their clothes.
Eyes:
There is one sentences “eyes is the window of spirit”. Thus, eyes say about everything in our mind such as happy, sad, eager, honesty, shifty or something like that. And when I meet a new person, I always see in their eyes which express a part of them. I can guess whether they want to say with me or not. In addition, when seeing their eyes, I can guess if their words is honesty or not.
Teeth:
I do not know why I see their teeth when I am talking to them. But that my hobby and I also see their teeth is clean or not. This seems stupid ^_^
Facial expression:
Everything will show on your face when contact with everybody so I always notice the facial expression of the opposite person. I want to know whether they hear and care everything I said or not. If they really notice in my story I will to continue and I will stop talking if their face show bored.
Clothes:
I am an neat person so I really like to see people in clean clothes. That is reason why I always see the clothes of person I meet and talk to. I feel comfortable to talk to a person with dress neatly (just need to neat clothes not to need beautiful clothes). And I am always unpleasant with people in untidy clothes.

Maybe all those things are common for everyone, but I think, every new meeting is different. I mean, of course we will notice if somebody wear no clothes at all. Or if his/her face is painted completely.
I think, in all the other situations (when everything 'clothes, eyes, way of talking' is just common), we notice his/her character.
Hi there :) for me all the criterion u have mentioned aren't that important , they are things I skip all the time . However , this doesn't mean u are wrong or that I am absolutely right , we are saying our personal opinions only and opinions aren't stable facts . Sometimes , we I met a a person I get a feeling of a cool wind blowing
I don't know how to describe it . I rarely feel it , it is related to souls some people glow from the inside u feel that they are good and nice . Others give u the opposite .
I am not judgmental especially in appearances because some don't have enough money or are going under difficult circumstances .
I can say that I don't care at all I interact with people as part of my daily life . I try not to cause miseries to anyone , but at the same time stand for my right and defend my self when it is necessary . Thanks for sharing :)!
