About
Hello! I'm Andrei from Ukraine. My country is in East Europe. Usually there is snowing in the winter and hot during the summer. I live in city, but I like nature.
I'm IT-analyst in retail company. I want to tell about the life of an employee in Ukraine.
I'm looking forward to beginning dialogue with many people.

Anyway...

When I come first I take the key at the reception and open the door to the room of our department. After a night in our small room is stuffy.  So I open a window at once. From the windows I can see how cars go up the avenue.
I get some hot water at the water-cooler and prepare some tea myself. I get to my desk. We don’t turn off our computer at night. But sometimes cleaning woman turns off some computers accidentally when she washes the floor.
For workflow our company uses software Lotus Notes. We call it a turtle because it opens documents very slowly. First of all I check a status of my documents, its change. I watch who is familiar with my document, who agreed its. Some co-workers write their comments.
Sometimes my day starts very vigorously. This happens after our implementation of the modification software to ours stores. Then employer of support comes and reports than a lot of stores has the problem. We quickly wake up and start looking for the cause of accident. Of course we test our updated software, but it's very old. It's like a suite that over and over is repaired. However, the biggest problem for software upgrades are weak business processes that we automate. Combating this problem is my job.

So, the day begins...
